Anyone who wants change within their lives, coaches are supporters who specialize in a particular skill, field, and or experience.
I work directly with the subconscious mind, releasing mindsets and beliefs, emotional triggers and stressors, habit shifting and behavioural change.
Maybe you're struggling with day-to-day life, it may link to the past, or an experience you keep encountering. It's preventing your fulfillment and happiness with what you have. instead of sitting in anxiety and worry
It could be someone who's ready to grow, they get overwhelmed with doubt so they never take steps, they're ready to build life up, start a business, take a leap of faith.
You may already have a business set up, it's going great, but you're fearing expanding out. It's impacting your finances, and you dread the next day.
Ultimately it's about improving your experience of life, the direction its going and allowing you to live free, inspired and fulfilled.
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) i use as a mindset/emotion coach. Its great fopr people who would like to flip a mindset, release feelings they know about, and anchor new ones in. To me, NLP is more direct, whereas hypnotherapy is great as a therapeutic journey.
Hypnotherapy I use for weight-loss, sleep issues, panic attacks, etc. It's a layer process, a journey that is fully supported by you focusing on one main issue.
The way I use NLP... If you have a succession of mindset and emotional obstacles in your career or a goal, we can work together to overcome them. We bring accountability, confidence, and methods to your journey to help you achieve them.
Hypnotherapy- We do a structure of 8 sessions, working in layers of the mind.
NLP- a minimum of 3 sessions, either continued on-going, or come back later for another obstacle at a different stage of growth.
